Sand Architects successfully secured Permitted Development to extend this existing bungalow in Brighton, increasing the roof area by 50 cubic metres and providing 2 additional bedrooms. The project includes a full refurbishment of the existing property, with a new rear and side extension, replacing a failing UPVC conservatory. The new extension provides a light, open plan dining and living area for our client’s growing family. Construction will start on site by mid-2023.
