Terrace Road

Sand Architects were appointed in 2023 to enlarge this existing terrace house in London within Permitted Development Rights. Increasing the existing loft area by 40 cubic metres. The ground floor was reconfigured to create a light and spacious kitchen, dining, living area, improving the connection through the house and out to the rear garden. The dormer extensions provide an additional large double bedroom within the main roof space and a bathroom suite to the smaller rear dormer. The project is expected to start work on site towards the end of 2023.
